Each client project and order processing is managed by a Senior Merchandiser and his team. The Senior Merchandiser acts as a Project Manager in charge of the day-to-day tracking and coordination of all parties - suppliers, QCs and logistics departments - involved in the project.
The Senior Merchandiser is the daily contact of customer for tracking and tracing its order progress. As Business relationship evolves, a team can be fully dedicated to a client.
Its integrated and technically-skilled QC team enables Ohanasia to keep a strong hold on quality control and target excellence on productions. QC inspectors attend each step of the production on-site and therefore make sure that standards and schedule are well kept, with a high reactivity.
They often set and impose corrective measures right from the production launch at the sub-contractor premises to improve the quality output of our products.
Leveraging on its export volumes from China to multiple regions of the world, since the early 90's, Ohanasia Ltd benefits from its reliable and efficient supply chain. Their network of numerous logistics partners, carriers and forwarders, has proven its long-time reliability which guarantees safe and on-time deliveries.
The overall order scheduling is managed from pre-production, to manufacturing and customer delivery process by experienced merchandising and logistics teams well supported by a state of the art information system.
The finance department is available to provide clients with all order administrative and financial information. It also ensures a smooth flow of export and shipping documents among the different key departments.
Manufacturing inherent constraints and most factories running at full capacity imply close monitoring of deadlines and experience of the management of risks of slippage.
Ultimately, Ohanasia operates an end-to-end supply chain service, with the ability to take care of the delivery up to the final destination, whether it is a warehouse, a retail POP or a consumer address. Management of special packaging, unbundle or partial shipments, regrouped invoicing are services available on demand.
